get some foils and cut them the same size. weave out pieces of hair all over you head and enclose them in foil by brushing on some thick conditioner and close into a packet.
then, pick you chosen color, probably a level 7 in a natural tone, (do a patch test), and (have someone help you) apply to the hair left out of the foils.
process for 30 mins, or whatever the tube says. take out the foils, and mush all of your hair together for like 5 mins (don't rinse just mush)...the all over color will act like a toner for your now highlights.
shampoo and condition. do a patch test on the base color before you do any of this!!!!
have fun and get your SO or a friend to help, and a bottle of wine for after!!!

Ive bleached my dark brown chin length hair pale yellow in order to get to a medium brown (goes red otherwise). I havn't yet chosen a color yet. and I'd like to put in lots of blond highlighs cause I can't pull off a total blond head nor do I want the upkeep. My First question is....
what color hair dye do I buy?..I m looking for a Jen Aniston kinda color.
Now I live in Egypt so we don't have all the color brands that are available in the states....We have Viva, Cliven, Kolestron...
The second question is....
How do I apply the colors so they don't get in eachother's way? The med brown base and the blonde hightlights?
Please don't tell me to go to a salon there's no one I'd trust in my area, and I trust myself more.
I would totally appreciate any advice or input ASAP! Thanks a million!
