you can apply carrot creme whenever u want, u can when ur hairs wet or dry

u can use carrot creme everday as much as u want

1) When applying carrot creme should your hair be damp like when you apply Dax & Sporting Waves or should you apply Carrot Creme while your hair is completely dry?

2) Also, how much and how often should you apply Carrot Creme?
