It seems to be the entire hair. My last batch from them was gorgeous. I have just ordered a replacement filter for my shower thinking that might be the problem...

Has anyone else ever got a bad batch from them?
The last lot I had was beautiful, this time its so dry it feels like sandpaper. I've tried a bunch of conditioning and oil treatments on it to no avail.
I think I'm going to have to take it out because its just so awful, but i'm hesitant to order from them again if they are going to be inconsistent.
I love the virgin indian hair because the body and natural wave in it so closely matches my own... any suggestions for other companies i can order from?
