Anyone should always be able to email Customercare@hairboutique.com whether they have a login and password or not for The Marketplace.
However, I have forwarded your post below to our webmasters for their immediate attention.
They should get you an answer quickly. We always have someone on call although they have both left for the day (it's 6:30 here in Dallas).
If not, you can always email me at shelton@hairboutique.com and there is no need for a password or login. I will always make sure someone deals with any problems quickly.
