Hmm, out of the 2, I like the second one better. But it seems like you/your stylist uses some ashy tones when coloring your hair. Ash blonde can be very harsh for many people and very rarely do I see many blondes, where a cool ash would be the *best* complimentary tone for them. (Carmen Electra is probably the only one who I can think of). I'd love to see you in some warmer/richer tones though, with both highlights and lowlights, that would look pretty hot on you i think.
I like both, but I prefer the ligher shade for u though.Cuz I like how light brown your eyes look.It makes them look brighter & your skin glow.Your eyes look darker with the darker shade.I like lighter eyes better is why I say the lighter shade. This is why i like my highlights blonder.I have med. to olive skin.& Hazel brown eyes.I love the way it makes my eyes & skin look.I also like my an auburn color to.I don't think that color would be good for u though.Just keep that pretty blonde. My best advice is, that when u find a color & product u like to just keep using that.Cuz when u change products & colors is when there becomes a problem.I have finally found the blonde I love.it's Basic White Bleach at Sally's for me.Good luck at whatever choice u make!

The first picture looks a if it's been taken in a different light to the second picture...which I think makes it difficult to judge. If I were pressed though...I would say that I prefer the darker blonde for you.

Darker looks much better! Your features (skin, eyes) look a bit washed out with the lighter blonde. You could always add a few brighter highlights just around the face to get that "punch", but keep the contrast of the darker blonde for balance and dimension. I think the current fad for platinum blonde will fade fast! (pardon the pun). For example: Scarlett Johansen... not her best look in my opinion!
Hope that helps
