LOL @ you sayin "Them Ho's" again. But naw, i buy it for $3 @ Walgreens. But yea, I see a lot of those "2 in 1" shampoo/ conditioners. i had to use it a couple of times because that's what one of my roomates bought (i sneak and use his shampoo then put some water in it so he won't notice a difference LOL). But even after usin that, I still use CC cholesterol (as a conditioner). So yea, it takes longer to wash my hair by usin separate shampoos and conditoners but it's better because like tsoh said; that other stuff doesn't do DEEP conditioning. Honestly i spend an average of an hour and a half on shower brushing (plus washin up)

I don't use it. It's just sitting around collecting dust. All I do is use head & shoulders then I put the CC in. For tmil321's question: it conditions. That's just basically making your hair more manageable.
