Not bad, but plain looking.
She needs a different style, either longer or a short hairstyle.

I don't like it much. Too dated imo. She has a talent for being able to grow out short hair quickly though so she probably will soon.

She was on the cover of (I believe) the March issue of Vogue, and she sported the same haircut.  I thought she looked great!  I try not to judge celeb's from stalkarazzi pictures.

The side view makes it look like it fits her. Too bad but she can always grow it back out.
