If it's highlights that you're after, I would recommend the Jerome Russell B Blonde. It contains high lift bleach which will lift hair pretty quickly but I would advise strand testing first and regularly check the colour during the processing stage.

Can anyone reccomend a decent blonde dye I can use on my hair?
My natural color is darkest blonde. yet it looks brown to me, But its currently browns, golds and blondes, I was wondering whats a decent home dye to use, I was just after putting more streaks in and give it a more blonder look
