damn i never knew how long, or how many times i should do the h20 method, i usually only do it 2-3 times, but im start doin it more cus i got cut last thursday and i have seen much progress, but wont know 4 sure til i take pics 2mrw and post em, bu im do the h20 meth longer 2nite

durag it up for a while

u can use pink lotion or any other moisturizer to keep it moisturized. i wouldn't recommend any other product for the H2O method except a moisturizer and water.
