I use this with my du-rag method...it works great and it's better than that 4x creame conditoiner from spartan I alwayz talked bout... it has superoir shine... check out this link for the du-rag meth http://talk.hairboutique.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=51769 and heres a picture of this product!!!
