Your hairdresser can gently razor the hair and blend it without compromising any length :) She can also show you how to best install them so the wefts won't show.

I always put a bit of smoothing serum on while my hair is wet, and then again after I flat iron it. I don't know if this would be too greasy for people with more "normal" natural hair-- mine is thick and naturally curly so it takes me a lot of work to make it straight and blended... And of course I always want to wear it straight.

Yes- the flat iron helps me blend the ends of my own hair w/ the extensions if I want to wear them silky straight
A smoothing serum will help, too. Pureology Shinemax, Citrishine Shine serum, Garnier Nutris Smooth n' Shine. Chi Silk Infusion are some examples...

Yea, my hair was layered before I put these in, and I put them in high enough up on my head. I just didn't want to lose the length by getting them layered. I have really thin, and short hair so I dont put a lot of extensions in so there isn't enough hair to layer them without lose a lot of the length. I just didn't know if there was a product like a hair putty that will helps alittle.

ditto BellaExotica, extensions blend the best on hair that has some layers. Blunt cuts are very difficult to blend. For a temporary fix curls can help 'hide' the blending imperfections.

Are you putting the top weft in high up enough in your hair? cos if u dont its always really obvious.
Or is ur natural hair blunt cut? if so then hey wont blend, you might have to get the ends razored a little on top or have the extesions layered so it all blends in

I have clip-in extension and I love then, but when I wear them straight it drives me crazy to see where my really hair ends and my extensions begin, when I curl all the hair they blend so good together that u cant see the different layers. Does anyone know of a product that I can use to blend my hair and extension together?
