please do...i don't even use a med with the h20 til week 9+ (but now that i think about it...i don't use the h20 that late into wolfin

For everybody that says that they use a hard brush I want to know what type. I got a hard Anni brush and those bristles are like steel. Plus, everyone that says that they use a hard brush doesn't even have hair that looks thick enough to use it.

So anyways, everybody that uses a hard brush post the name of them.

I wouldnt say a hard brush after H20, because thats how you break your hair. Using hard bristles on a soft scalp = NO NO

just use a medium that in between both a hard and a soft and u should be good

THey say use a soft brush during the h20 method because its more easier on your head.

I'll tell you the best way to know if you can use a hard brush. If when you brush your head hurts, the hard brush is too hard. If your head doesn't hurt than you're OK.

u can use a hard. it depends on if u can take it. a dont even feel anything when i h20 wit a hard.

 but can you use a hard brush while usin h20 method because i always see peopl say use a softy. why not hard?
