Hello everyone!  I recently asked my colorist change my color from medium auburn with strawberry blonde highlights to a solid medium brown tone.  I think that this shade is a little boring for me, so, my question is will it be very damamging to my hair if I have some caramel highlights added?  I know that overlapping bleach on top of previously bleached strands can sometimes be an issue.  Just some background on my hair  - it is about three inches from the tailbone and is in relatively good condition.

Thanks for your help!
