yea u can go there
 
u have 2 be at least older than 14
 
if u ever do go
 
u have 2 take a flight to norman manley airport kingston jamaica
 
and find yur way 2 tivoli gardens
 
usually passa passa is held on a wednesday i think sometimes on weekends not 2 clear on the date though so dont quote me  on it

the reason i went 2 tivioli is because i wanna go 2 this thing they have called Passa Passa its like a big ol'e street party. its like u jus dancin in the streets and they have a big ass sound system it be gettin wild there though
 
and it end like 9 o clock or 8 in the morning from 7 or 8 at night

in the infamous Tivoli Gardens
 
only been down there once
 
bad neighborhood so i barely go down there when i go 2 kingston
