I honestly, like it both darker and lighter. I think with blue eyes, blonder/honey type stuff really brings out the color (opposite colors). But I also think in this hyper blonde age, going darker is more striking because less people do it.
I wasn't a big fan of the red, I think it brought out a pink cast to your skin. I like the longer lengths, I think it elongates your face and balances it. I could see you doing some different frames around your face, but I'm not sure which ones to suggest. Your pretty, and none of the pictures are bad hair, do what you want:)
I myself just did copper hair, you might want to look into those kind of highlights, maybe a copper blonde, they go extremely well with blue eyes.

ok to start off, i'm 20, a student

over the last year i've dyed it dark red (and had it both long/short) these were soon after dying:
and since we know dyes fade... this was pretty much my resulting color:
but its been awhile since i've dyed it and my hair desperatly needs some help. plus i want to do something different (heres it now)
what do YOU think i should do? i was thinking blonde highlights, get lighter for summer. right now i have some very interesting root lines i'd like fixed, i do have an appointment at a salon to get it done i'd just like some input?
