Man camera phones are sometimes realiable they keep wanting me to set up picture mail to send pics.Anyway  you should of spent the 100 dollars on a digital camera then by a phone laterSmile

The cell phone rep. told me that because they have experienced numerous fraudulent claims, the process is now more strict.

Just say u put a drop of water on the white dot to see if it really turned red. My cousin said that lame excuse and it worked, he got a phone exchange.

There is a dot in the back of the phone that turns red if the phone gets wet.  If they see the red dot, warranty claims are denied.

I didn't file a warranty claim either just call the company say your phone is defective theyll send you a new one.

I didn't file a warranty claim, because I damaged the phone.  I filed a damaged phone claim, which is more costly.
