Recommendations on mending my lifeless hair

Umm, Organics by Africa's Best Horsetail and Rosemary (http://www.ebonyline.com/ab2907.html), Silk Elements Revive and Restore All-In-One root penetrating oil, recently started using Castor Oil and a hair spray I put together (basically water, VO5 conditioner, this L'Oreal's Nature's Therapy conditioner and BB's Honey and Mayonnaise). I wash my hair  weekly and cowash every few days. I have this Creme of Nature Detangling Shampoo that I use on the days that I shampoo my hair. Sometimes I use the Aphogee 2-min Reconstructor.

btw Sistaslick, thanks for such a speedy response...I lurk around on LHCF so I've stalked your fotki before...gorgeous hair! Can you also tell me how to get my hair like the picture to the far right in your siggy please? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, So a few months ago I cut my hair from an inch or so below BSL to Armpit length...the ends don't look all fried and crispy anymore which is a plus...but my hair is still lifeless. There's no bounce whatsoever! Anybody know how I can fix this problem?? Thanks for your time!
