What I have done before is to buy Manic Panic or some other funky color and color a blond weft myself.  I let the color soak in the hair for at least 24 hours so it will create a really good stain.

Have you checked trade samples? They may have something there.

Does anyone know where I can purchase rainbow wefts or just small pieces of colored hair? I was going to do a plastikhaar order but it's pointless to waste all the money b/c the person I'm going the install on only wants a few stripes.
