LOL Malibu. I just love this hair and weave. Sure strand by strand is nice but this is so much better for me. I also like that I can run my hand over it and not snag on bonds. You can feel the weft slightly but its just a little ridge.

You just need to bite the bullet and get more expensive, non coated virgin hair. You can also do a less expensive install method to balance out cost like a sew in.
What malibu said is the truth. I had that same problem with any type of Indian or Asian hair that I had installed and I did everything/tried every product to keep it nice and nothing helps or works. The problem is the hair is coated and processed before you get it installed so every time you do wash it, you lose some coating and that horrible tangling starts.

I Noticed that seller advertises clip ons saying one weft will do a full head of long hair
that in iself would indicate the sellers have no idea what they are on about! i suggest you buy elsewhere next time, maybe one of the sellers others recommend on the boards?

Not to mention if it was cheap hair.....well it's just that...cheap hair......usually you get what you pay for.....usually they use hair that has been put together and the cuticle ends are at the top and bottem and are also coated with silicone so it arrives nice and shiney but once you wash....oh geezzzzzz....it's that crawling mass of hair on your back.....and some you don't even have to wash...it starts tangling as soon as it's on your head. We've all bought crappy hair ..... and most of us have found what works for us......everyone is different and everyone treats there hair differently.....ie....flat irons...curling irons.....and those who don't use anything on their extensions
Even some of the good companies can get bad batches.....I had some Bohyme French Refined last month that dried out so bad that I only wore it a month.....the last FR I got was great and I wore it 2 months....I've gone back to body wave now.
Do your reseach on here and lots of reading before you select your hair.....everyone is a wealth of knowledge and just remember....anyone can get a bad batch.....but better hair and sites.....it will happen less.

Current install-Bohyme Bodywave #30 and #14 in the straight hair/ they didn't have the #14 in bodywave, so I mixed them...works great!

There is a difference between Indian, European and Chinese. Typically European is a finer texture than Indian and Chinese. I think Indian is finer than Chinese. A lot of times when you see European texture it's Indian hair that's processed to look/feel like European.

I have always got my hair from this company online
ikflashi Hair extension products. I just dont know much about the different types of hair so I dont know whats a good type to buy (Indian, European or Chinese). Like do they have different textures?

I with them on getting new hair.....if it tangels after 20 mins.....just say good-bye and buy new hair.....Ithink most of us have been in the same situation as you and we've all tried a million different things to help the hair to not tangle.......but most of the time it just doesn't help.......find better hair.
Where did you get your current hair that you are having a problem with?

They don't say it's virgin hair which means it could be chemically processed and they don't say it's remy which means the the cuticles may have been stripped and silicone may have been added to add shine and softness which would explain your tangling.
What color do you want? Do you want Indian, European or Chinese hair? What's the max you'd like to pay?
Some Indian remy shops are Halleyscurls.com and Mymane attractions.com. extensionwarehouse.com is supposed to be really good too, may be closer to if not European hair.

its a small bottle, its an oil, put some on the extension hair when wet from pony tail down and blow dry- it works great. you can also use it on dry hair and then flat iron.
i use this daily on my hair to make it straight(my hair is naturally curly). IT keeps my hair silky and new.

oh yeah, they may be dead :( sorry REMY hair is not supposed to behave like this but sometimes cheapO and expensiveO hair still explode on our heads.....how long have you had this hair?
i've had hair extensions that started to misbehave, and even though they can get to a point that nothing NOTHING will fix it, before it gets to that point and its just SOME tangling (especially at the nape of the neck!) these methods/products helped me:
brushing/combing out as much of the tangles BEFORE getting your hair wet,neutrogena triple moisture shampoo(only letting the suds fall through the extensions, not agitating the extension hair like we usually scrub our scalps)..neutrogena triple moisture conditioner, let it soak in and comb though...a silicone serum (i dont see much difference between brands) combed through while the hair is still damp
if you are having to wait to get this hair out, keep it in a braid until then...good luck!

I'm sorry to say that you need new hair. There isn't much you can do to salvage it unless you just wear your hair in a ponytail. What method are you using and what hair is it? If you get hair that is more expensive it will typically last longer because it hasn't been processed the way the hair you have was.

them everyday my extension start to feel dry and ruff. They get so tangled in the back and I have to brush or finger through them every 20 mins. I was wondering if anyone can help me, like is their a good product or conditioner I should be using? Also how do u keep them from getting dry feeling so quick?
I uses garnier hair serum, and herbal essences leaven conditioner. thanks
