Cosign with Willie...that's ur best bet. When i first started i asked all the team leaders if i could joined their team but they all said that they were full or "no." So me and Supr3me started one together (we were literally sendin each other pm's askin each other to make a squad together at the same time. but since i sent my 1 minute before him I became crew leader lol).
But just look for some solid solo members and ask em if they wanna join ya (you need 5 members for an official team).
 
And remember...in order to build your squad's rep ya'll needa have team battles or have one on one's to build you guy's individual rep so get to battlin bruh.
