S-curl and drying in a low pony/bun also helps to keep the NG smooth

Using the scarf method has helped to lay down my new growth...if you are air drying your hair after you apply your leave in and oil put a silk scarf on your head to lay down ng. If you don't want to airdry you can do a rollerset and saran wrap to make the hair sleek check out www.healthytextures.com for saran wrap instructions HTH

Hello my peoples.. I would like to know how do you all handle new growth.. I want to wear my hair straight.  Right now, my hair is in the process of growing out of this style I had.. So If my hair is not long enough for a ponytail what styles can apply to me when my new growth is starting to show.
