Oh no. I also just read that you cut it. Yeah you wont be able to get your money back now or even dispute it because there is no proof. You cut the evidence! lol. At least you didnt pay a fortune for it so its cool but if that happens again, you gotta keep the crappy hair so you have something to show and notify the company like the day you get it.

Hey MSHONEY,
Good suggestion! We love ebay!
I work with a few different types of hair. I've found with virgin hair the majority of the time Indian hair has split ends. Maybe that's why many Indian women use olive oil on their hair on a regular basis. I usually order hair about 5" in. longer than what I need.

You've already cut it? Do you have pics of it before you cut it? There's NO way they'll take them back now, they have no proof of what you claim. Your credit card co. may not be able to help in this instance. It's a good thing you didn't pay alot for it. You may have to just cut your losses.
Have you worn it or cut the wefts? I know you've cut the length but have you cut it in pieces yet? If not, you can sell it on ebay and make all of your money back.

Yeah, get your money back or at the very least, some good hair to replace it. The biggest problem I see with ordering hair is they almost always have a non-return policy on it which is kind of understandable as they have no idea what went on after the hair left them. They can claim you did something to it once it was in your possession.

In my mind though that is silly and as long as you return it promptly, they should do something to remedy the situation. It’s not worth the company getting bad mouthed. A happy customer is a returning customer bottom line.

They have very good customer service. Tell them the problem, send them pics if you have to and if they don't remedy the situation paypal or your credit card will.

I agree with krisma, 5 inches of the length is alot to lose, and is definitely reason to complain. An inch of two is reasonable and expected , but 5 inches...not! I ran into the same thing with RK hair. I ordered 28 inches and at least 5 or so inches had to be cut off.

When i got my wefts, the ends were slightly jagged but it was single drawn so i was expecting that to some degree. As ordered it was 19-20 inch so the assumption there is no strand is shorter than 19 inch. The hair quality was excellent though so no problems once it was installed and trimmed a bit. Probably now my entire length is 19'' I would be upset in your situation with horrible hair on the last 5 inches! Thats reason to complain.

I've never used the wefts just the bulk. I didn't have a problem with thin ends but you know when vendors measure the lengths, if it's single drawn, they go by the longest pieces even if the majority of the hair is shorter and if you order curly they give you the meaurement of it while straight. Ask them if you can return it to them and buy a length at least an inch or two longer than you need.

That's such a bummer. Do you they have an exchange policy? Have you tried to call them?

Cry Hi girls and guys too of course....

Okay I just received my order from them... I ordered the 23-26" straight on weft and I was dissapointed... Cry   The hair quality was okay but the last 5 inches of length is hardly usable!!!! It is soooooo thin on the bottom. The price is cheap for indian but beware of the length??? Anyone else have this problem??
