Yea dats  messed up and it aint like its not happnin often. im in east st. louis, illinois and n****s be rapin old people all the time breakin in they house, stealin sh*t n all, and wats messed up is most the time they dont get punished, b/c the city is bout 96% black and its so messed up and run down like nobody even gives a f*** and the cops is crooked its horrible. And across the river in STL it be happnin alot but they do get caught alot of times tho, but i hear stuff like this on the news maybe every month.

Yup u cant keep secrets in jail. The guards want people 2 get punished. i guess it brings a lil excitement into their day or somethin. either way if the dudes dont wanna tell what they did. The guards will.  and some prisoners get t.v. and they prolly heard about it already. Either way they f**ked. LOL
