im been told to use a soft brush here on dis site by few people (cuz i got striaght hair) and softee is suppose to connect dem right well i also hear dat a hard brush gives waves faster so why not use a hard brush to start off wit?
There is debate in the 360 wave community about hard versus soft brushes. I prefer a hard brush for the majority of my brushing. I think that a hard brush does a better job of pulling your hair from the follicle to the end strand, more so than a soft brush. A hard brush best aids in the the process of nap/curl pulling and the subsequent nap/curl recoiling, which is the fundamental action of wave development.
Yeah it feels kinda funny though if your used to using handleless brushes thats why I said that it will be just like handling a regular wave brush but soft.
If u start wit a soft brush u wont have as much trouble straightenin yo waves later. Also some people cant handle a hard brush bcuz it hurts their scalp.
