There's other moisturizers out there just choose the one that's best for you. Moisturizers aid in the 360 transformation by keeping your scalp healthy which in turn promotes strong healthy growing hair.

Actually you don't really need anything I went for about 3 months straight without putting anything in my hair about a year ago my hair retains moisture very well though but most people need a moisturizer to keep they hair and scalp from getting dry and pink lotion or carrot creme or both those are the best moisturizers. And pomade is not recommended your hair will look and feel like plastic when you sweat you will get white crap all over your face and pomade is a barbers worst nightmare. But you have Carrot Creme though which is a thick moisterizer it's heavier than pink lotion and lighter than pomade. Having Carrot Creme makes pomades expendable.

both are moisturizers and moisturizers are a pretty important part of getting 360's. they aren't manditory but make the process hella easier, bottom line, invest in one.

No and yes. Obviously brushing your hair as vigorously as 360 waves require would take the moisture out of ya hair. CC and PL are moisturizers. Put 2 and 2 together. Obviously not everyone needs a moisturizer but some do.
