After being blonde for quite sometime, I am thinking about coloring my short hair a nice, vibrant red soon.  I do understand since my natural level 6 was lightened with a HL blonde to a level 8/9, I may have to color refresh more often. 

After reading articles and stuff, I have a question: Is it better to use a demi-permenant color? or a perm color with 10v initially? Last time I became a redhead, I only had blonde highlights to color over.
 
 I am thinking something along the lines of this: http://www.premiumcreme.com/tech_AllAGlowRed.php  Possibly a little more brown in it, but I really like how bold the red is.
