Does long hair make you look taller

Uh...not really. Basically, long hair does fool the eye into making someone appear shorter and the opposite with short hair. And extremes on either end of that become more pronouced and more obvious.

So, if you are trying to appear a bit taller or a bit shorter, changing your hairstyle is one way to do it.

Flats and platform shoes are another. =)

in my experience, it does just the opposite. my friend never cut her hair before in her LIFE (she`s 15) and she`s really short. this did not make her look any taller, and actually made her look a bit like a dwarf. then, she cut her hair (bye bye split ends!) and now she actually looks a bit taller.
