silicones used in nearly every conditioners to fill in damage giving hair that smooth feel and appearance, after time they cause build up which can damage and dry hair worse and lead to breaking thats why every once in a while its good to do a clarifying poo (shampoo) to remove that bulid up
So how often should you use the clarifying shampoo? Like once a week or every 2 weeks? And would just using it one day remove the cones and build up or should you use it like every other day for a week? Also I want to try the neutrogena stuff so do you use it once a week or more often?

oh boy....you need to stop putting dye on your hair...it's goona break and be bad.....good conditioners - bonacure rescue repair, loreal (at sally's)
deep moisturizing, nexxus humectress - conditioners for curly hair - they are moisturizing - neutrogena triple conditioner - recommended by suicides eve - you need a moisturizing shampoo too.....give you hair some rest or you will be like the ones (including myself) who have had hair break off and become so damaged you have to get it cut off.

I use to bleach my hair and I always saw little piece of hair fall out. Not even an inch long. Well, I dyed my hair back to dark and it was doing so well. Then I tried to get it light brown.. I tried hicolor which made it orangey, then I did 40 volume with light brown color.. made it dark.. so then I just did revlon dye.
It's now back to dark but it's so dry and I see all the little damaged pieces again. I am SO upset. What are some good conditoners?
