what is the least damaging way to achieve 1-2 lift on colored hair?  i have loreal o'real blanc bleach, i have 20 v and shampoo....do i mix this together?  if i put conditioner in it would that even be better?  or would that slow down the lightening process....what's best, a slower lift or a quick lift....which is least damaging?
