try posting this in the hair color section there are some very knowledgeable ppl who could help ya out over there.
i would personally demand satisfaction from the salon and have them correct it , if you do a search on here about similar problems alot of the girls have done just that get aggressive , don't let them push you around , all it is is a scare tactic, they don't want you to get you money back. best of luck
hi,i just joined.i have an awful problem.i dont usually go to the hair salon.but the day before yesterday i treated myself to a cut and colour.i have dark blond hair.i wanted golden highlights.after sitting 2 hours in the salons chair feeling happy and excited,the lady took the towel off my hair and it was bright orange.no joke.she knew shed made a mistake and she even charged me for the mess she made.
someone please help me with this. how do i reduce the orange look.im so embarrassed to go outside.the salon didnt even offer to try and fix it.they were all very rude.
