ok so ive been struggling with my hair for quite a while, and i cant find anything that can help. iv never met anyone who has had the same hair as me so its pretty hard for me to find some good advice and i was hoping someone could help me here. anyways here are the pics.

can anyone think of a way that i could tame my hair and make it look nice, ii have been keeping it short lately but im a big fan of long hair, and i want to grow it out again, but not if its gonna look like this again

PLEASE HELP
