All I know about afros is that they are shaped by combing the hair in the right direction
with one of those long, paintbrush-shaped combs. I had a teacher once who had a real
fun natural fro though he was white, but the hair would not only fro - it could be worn
"down" too when long.

Apparently brackets don`t work on this site - it`s www.salonselectives.com

Natural fros are fun. My grade 8 teacher, hippiesque Mr. Beer, had a big one.

I think Salon Selectives has products that can help you with that. Go to

hello all I have been curious about growing an afro since all of my friends have been telling me to grow one, they said it would fit me.

Are there any shampoos or gels or greases that would make my hair fro out? I think my hair afro`s out naturally but I was just curious if there was anything in case it wouldn`t.

Thank you for any help in advance.
