LOL, that's funny.  I guess all human hair had to have been worn at some time.

Well, if you think that all hair was worn/grown by someone at one point in time I would think it's okay. Don't people who cut off their natural long pony tails sell them on Ebay?? If so, I would think you're fine to do so. Just be honest in your ad so the buyer knows exactly what their getting. I've found that the more upfront and honest you are about what you're selling, the less problems you'll have.

I have seen people on ebay selling hair extensions that have been worn.
As long as you are honest about the condition and the fact that they were used, I do not think there is anything wrong with offering them for sale.

Okay, I may try to post them on Ebay or something.  I would definitely say they had been opened and washed.  Thanks, ladies.

Hm, I don't know about this. As long as you say they were used once or twice (assuming you used them) and washed, I don't see what the problem would be.

Does anyone know if there is any legal issue with selling hair that has been opened and washed?  I dont think there probably is, but, I am not sure.  I bought some clip-ins from Kristin last week.  After I washed them, the texture is just too silky straight to blend with my hair (they are bodywave).

Can I sell them? If so, where? Does someplace like Ebay allow that? I am curious because so many of the sellers there say that they cant take a return on opened items due to hygenic reasons.
