I'm so glad you're satisfied cat. Vendors may willfully choose to ignore their customers but they will not ignore PayPal disputes if they wish to continue to use their services.
May I suggest that you use your discount on something other than hair if you chose to continue to shop with amm at all. You would not want a repeat performance.

Oh - and no response as to why the emails were not replied to - she only responded to my paypal dispute.

That's great you got a response. Did she give you an reason as to why she was not responding on your initial emails? What Ebay seller did you buy from on Ebay? I would like to know, because I sometimes buy Indian hair on Ebay as well. I love dealz.

So, a few days ago I posted a complaint about how Amm wasn't responding to my emails and I wasn't happy with the hair I got from Shrinkies.net. Seeing as it's been resolved, I thought I should post the resoluton....I wanted to do this because there were some responses to my posting that were not favorable and I didn't want it out there that I was "Amm Bashing" - I wasn't by the way - I was just trying to get a response!!
ANYWAY! Amm responded quickly to my paypal dispute and although I wasn't able to return the American Dream as all sales ARE final, she did offer me a 10% discount because of my issue on any future purchase, which I thought was good. I know she has to run a business and appreciated her response and offer.
I just got some gorgeous indian hair on ebay (yes, ladies, ebay - I've bought from this vendor before and the hair I bought in May is STILL going strong) so I'm going to sell the American Dream. I'll post more details of my hair, the vendor and install when it's done! 22" LONG LOCKS! YAY!
