Hi Ms. Honey,
Yes....I discovered that Sherrie had some great tape BUT I waited too long and could not order some in time. For our next tape install (Brigid wants one eventually) I am going to order tape from Sherrie and some of the other vendors that AMM recommended so that we can try all of them out.
I am finding that with installs everything really is a matter of personal preference and taste. So it is always good to try lots of different things.
Thanks again.

This is probably thee best place to acquire tape. Max is superb to deal with.
I've worn and recommend any of the following: Blue Liner Lace, Extendabond (Bonding Tape), Sunshine and Supertape. All are double-sided extended wear.
Thanks AMM. Appreciate the recommendation. The tape we are using is probably OK but I am sure that we could do much better next time. I will be sure to plan so I can order with plenty of time to get the tape.

Of course I waited until the last minute making the horrible assumption that it was easy to find extended wear double sided tape at any of the local Dallas beauty supply stores. WRONG.
Billy called Armstrong McCall and several other stores and they didn't have anything like what we needed. So then when he went to buy the wefts for Angela's install (happening today) the store that sells the hair also didn't have tape. HUH?
I should have ordered if from some of the folks here that sell it but I just assumed it would be easy to find. Anyway, Sally Beauty had some tape but I am not sure how great it is? Billy bought the two types they had and at least they are double sided tape. Just to be safe Billy is going to use Liquid Gold to help secure the tape.
So what is the best tape to use for tape installs? Is there a brand name? I know it needs to be extended wear, double sided. But what else?
