i use it every day twice a day, in the night to moistuize wyle sleeping and in the morning for shine all day

Don't be fooled by the directions. Use it morning and night by itself or with carrot creme mixed in.

aight i got sum softee indain hemp finally ans i was wonderin does anyone use it more then 3 times a week or just only 3.......and do i have to use it only in the shower?
