That is the classic "here is a hairstyle that is I hope will make me look younger, but it just makes me look older"  She has had many flattering looks, and this is not one of them.

That from the hairspray premire? Yeah, wasn't to fond of that. She's looked better in various styles even with bangs like this but more side swooped.
