okay you will not be able to completly remove the color all the way and it will not be the same color ever again (well the dyed part won`t even after getting some of it out....that and also black dye and other dark colors tend to dye your natural color completly. I don`t know why but i had a friend with light blonde but he kept on dyeing his black and it ended up turning out to be forever dirty blonde, but since this is your first time it shouldn`t make that drastic of a change.)
But anyways don`t use bleach it does not work at all, I have tried this and all it did was just bleach my roots and kept everything else black, so it looked awful and looked like I was balding.
However you can try using somewhat more abbrasive shampoos...just not really often. Get a purifying shampoo (you know the kind that is to remove build up) and just use those once every week.
If you swim a lot put some mineral oil in your hair, and the combination of mineral oil and the sun helps strip dyes also.
along with other oils get a big bottle of hot oil treatment from sally`s and do this every week (you can get about 7 weeks worth for only 5 bucks:D) Since what the hot oil does is open up your hair folicules some of the oils get caught with some of the dyes and when it is rinsed out those dyes which caught onto the oil will be rinsed out to.
I did all of these and it lightened up to a medium brown in a month, and light brown shortly after that, and then to a light blonde in 3 months or so.
I know its going to suck having to wait that long, but your hair will love you for letting it be conditioned so much, and it would definently still be safe for your baby (well i guess you were implying that your pregnant.)

I`ve heard there`s no way to get rid of black dye except to let it grow out. Using color removers at home would not be a good idea. That is called stripping your hair, which can be very damaging and should only be done by a professional if at all. If you try to remove the black dye AND dye your hair again, it will probably be very damaged or break off. If you want to fix the color, go to a salon, or let it grow out.
My hair is dark blonde naturally, but I dyed it to black 3 months ago, now I want to be blonde again is it safe to use color removers home and dye to blonde again and also is it safe to do all these during pregnancy??????
