Hi bluedove. You can re-tip them and use them either way. No technique is better than another, it's just a personal preference. You can have both techniques install at the same time and chose your preference that way. Are you going to have then professionally done or are you going to try to DIY? You can have a friend to help if you don't want to do it on your own.

You can re tip into an I tip, but I dont understand what a loop is...

I could be wrong since I don't do fusion or micro rings, but I don't think that you can use hair that was tipped for micro rings for fusion. If you can I know you would have add more glue, keratin, or whatever.

Hi everyone!
I currently have human hair extensions that have the micro loop on them. I wore them for about 2 months before they started slipping quite a bit. I would like to retip my extensions so I can have them put back in. I was thinking of having them fused in or just use new rings. Can anyone please advise on what you think would be best.
