It should grow unless you've damaged follicles. You might want to see a dermatologist.

There's no 'ultra-quick' way to force it to grow, but a balanced diet, less stress (I know, easier said than done), and lots of water will help your body get the message.

Good luck

I have over the past year and a half gone bald on top of my head, because when i am angry or upset i pulled out my hair. I am only 17 and people always wonder why i never let my hair down. It's really embarrassing, and nobody knows, cuz im affraid to tell people. Is there a way i could make it grow back faster? And will it grow back? :'( My Hair used to be extremely thick, and its now very very thin. Please help

That white bulb at the end was the root of your hair. It will most likely grow back but I would really suggest braiding, or some other way of keeping your hair completely away from your face, your hair at night so you won`t rip any more of it out. I know that sometimes I will, in my sleep or partially-awake states, try to move my hair away from my face with my fingers and I catch a knot and rip a dozen strands or something out, so lately I have been keeping it in a bun or braided when I sleep and it has pretty much eliminated that problem.

How much did you rip out? There are many, many... strands in every square centimeter. Even if it doesn`t grow back (though, I`m thinking it will) you won`t even notice unless you ripped out an enormous amount.

Just recently, I accidentally ripped out some hair that was tangled around my eye glasses.Usually I am very careful with my hair but I was half asleep
and when I took my glasses off it ripped out the hair from the roots. It hurt like hell!I noticed on the ends of the hair were large white sack like bulbs with a small amount of a dark substance on the tips.Is this o.k. or bad and will this lost hair now grow back or not. This may make me sound neurotic but I really love my long hair and it upsets me when I am this careless.Could someone please help me with some info on this topic as my knowledge on hair is not the best.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, take care and god bless.

Magnus
