Not sure about toners? What should I buy, and how do I use them?

PS Don't forget to use toners to keep that color fresh looking in between touch ups.

Thanks. I used 30 developer with half light neutral brown and half light ash brown.
 
My other post, I did not want to be blonde, just curious how hair dye works.

Looks great..what did you end up doing? bleaching or just coloring with the dark blonde?
