Go to a salon. Once you have done one color process anything else you choose to do is very iffy. I wouldn`t chance any kind of do it yourself color because the consequences can be tragic.

I would like to know if anyone has ever used L`Oreal Excellence Hicolor Permanent Hair Color for dark hair. I have dark brown hair but have colored it to a medium brown. It says it will lighten up to 5 shades without getting red and brassy. Would this lighten my already colored hair and could i use a 30 lift developer with this to get the added lift. My hair if very dark. Thanks for any help
