I currently have micro-cylinders hair extensions. I have had them in for 6 months and my stylist changes them out every month. This has been good for my hair. No one can even tell I have them in. I would say that darker hair is better for thisprocess then you can't see the micro-cylinders. The blonde hair extensions that I had put in didn't seem to be as good of quality. My hair is colored in sections and it seems to have a real look that blends with my natural hair well. My stylist is very talented and quite reasonable.
I had glued extensions in years ago and I ruined my hair. I was left with stubby hair nubs. I strongly don't recommend any kinda glue. No matter what someone tells you!
