NEVER EVER BUY HAIR OR OTHER PRODUCTS FROM EBONY ONLINE HAIR!  HI, WASH IT A COUPLE OF TIMES, AND IT WILL SHED, AND MATT.  EBONY ONLINE HAIR IS THE WORST HAIR COMPANY...NEVER EVER BUY FROM EBONY ONLINE HAIR! THEY SEND OUT WRONG ITEMS AND WILL NOT FIX, THEY SAY FREE SHIPPING BUT THAT IS LIE, THEIR STORE SAYS IN, BUT MEANWHILE IF YOU CALL 5 DAYS LATER, THEY DID NOT HAVE IN , BUT THEY DO NOT CALL YOU...THEN ASK FOR A MANAGER...FOR HER TO HANG UP ON YOU...YES BELIEVE IT OR NOT, IN 20 YEARS EBONY ONLINE HAIR HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH....LIE AFTER LIE.   IN OVER 20 YEARS OF DOING FUSION AND EVERY OTHER METHOD OUT THERE, EBONY ONLINE HAIR HAS BEEN THE WORST IN QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE......NEVER BUY FROM THEM...BE WARNED....GO TO CHINA LACE WIG....THEY ARE SUPER CHEAP, AND THEIR HAIR YOU GET THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK...PLUS THEY ARE GREAT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE....EBONY ONLINE HAIR DESERVES NO CUSTOMERS,

I have ordered from Ebonyline. They were good, got the product right away and even had to return it because it didn't match texture wise and they processed the return as well. There is a re-stocking fee deducted for returns so it may be worth it to order a sample first to make sure it matched your hair...good luck!

Hi gals!  After months of reading some super advice on this forum I am now a fully fledged member of the "I love my extensions" brigade (wow - I feel like a new woman!)
However I am having trouble with my current UK supplier after receiving three batches of really bad quality hair that lasted less than 10 days (from Celebrity Elite at a cost of �240 - ouch). 
Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) of using Ebony Online in the USA?  Any advices anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
