I have to agree with WC you need to solely use a soft brush for the time being the medium brush probably made your hair even straighter than it already is.

I think you should start over.  But, this time around, stick with the soft brush and use a good pomade.  That's what ChrisDog does.

Whattup yall. I don't think i've fully recovered since my scalping in September and i am so frustrated wit how my waves have came in that i'm contemplating startin all over again from scratch.

first off, it seems my pattern is as crooked as ever. I feel like only my flaws survived my scalpin ( i still got that wierd eye thing formed in my hair).

Secondly, it seems my hair is much straighter than before. the spacing in between my waves is much more exxagerated opposed to when i first started wavin. I used to have like a good 6 or 7 waves flowing through my top but now it seems only like 3 or 4 now. It's very odd.

Now i'll admit a few things. I stopped using a softy and solely use a medium brush now. i stopped using pomade all together and i pretty much just stick to water and pink lotion. For like 2 days, i rocked curls to see if that would restore my hairs natural state but it just made my pattern more crooked.

So the question on my mind is, should i start over? is it too late in the wave process to make my pattern more uniform? will my hair get curlier and waves deeper if i keep goin? because right now, my hair feels straighter and thicker and not as curly as it once was. Almost like i got a straightenin perm or somethin.

-Holla back.
