Can they ruin your hair? Yup, if they stick them in with that nasty glue stuff or it isn`t done right. It can also weaken the hair it is attatched to.

Which are the best type to get? Real hair braided in to go with your own. There was an article about it on here, and it runs 3-4,000, depending on the length.

In other words, unless you are super rich...buy a wig :)
