You can`t get your hair back to its true natural color once it has been permanently dyed. You can, however, go to a colorist and have he or she strip the existing pink color. This won`t leave you with your natural color, since ALL pigment will be taken out. You`ll have to have another color applied, one that closely matches your natural color. Then just let it grow. This is a tricky process and you`d be better off going to a professional. Good luck! :-)

Hi! About a year ago I tried coloring my hair for the first time (I`m 25 years old). I have light/medium blonde hair that is baby fine and thin with a little natural wave (not enough to look really pretty...just enough to look frizzy in humid weather)! Anyway, I tried to dye it a strawberry blonde color, but it turned out pinkish. I hated it and a few weeks later dyed it blonde again. However, I can`t seem to find the exact shade of my natural hair anymore! I get pretty close to what I think my hair color is, and then get a horrible line as it grows out. Is there any way to "strip" out 100% of the color to get back to natural? Is this something that I can do myself or do I need to go to a salon? I don`t have the patience to keep touching up the color and want to be finished with it! My hair is in fair condition, but (like most people with baby fine hair) I am prone to split ends because I blow dry it every day. Any help would be much appreciated!
