Why should she bother with a wig? Actually, if you look at some of the stills, it's fairly clearly not a wig--very messy and unevenly cut in parts.

A wig most likely. She had long hair at an event at the end of July 2007 and shorter hair than that at an event in September 2007. It's unlikely she cut it right after the first event, shot a movie in two months, and then went to the next event.
