I don`t think there are any listed anywhere but I could be wrong. Most of the lists I`ve seen only have about 15 - 20 salons on them and most are in the US.
My advice to you would be to Call salons in your area and talk to them over the phone and ask them if they will listen to you and do what you want done. Then ask if they have free consultations. If they say yes go in and get Just a consultation. Never get a service done the same day as a consultation unless you absolutely love the person whom you talked to, unless you get something simple like a wash and dry. Try going to more than one salon for a consultation. When you feel comfortable with a certain salon then visit them for a trim or whatever the main service was that you wanted. Don`t wait around for a long hair salon because it may never happen.
Look at this from the perspective of doing a school report or something. Bring a notebook with you to the consultation. Another tip is don`t do the consultation in the styling chair. Its very hard for a lot of people to say what is on their mind when they are in the styling chair. Ask if you can talk things over in the lobby or some other area.
When you do decide on a salon don`t feel ashamed to bring a tape measure with you when getting a trim. Let them know you are serious about how much you want off. If you can bring a friend to watch what the stylist is doing. Make sure the stylist shows you how much they cut off on their first snip because that is usually the guide for how much is going to be cut off the rest.
