i heard that gluing them back in with eyelash glue is a good way to put them back in urself
is this true?
thanks :)
If you have the pieces, I agree that pretipping them with a rebond or fusion chip works much better. Nail tip rebonds are great because they have a slight scoop in them and bulk hair slips right into them. Heat and roll. I've worn eyelash extensions and the glue used for that holds a week at best and sometimes even less. It's also way more expensive than fusion glue.
Hi Dee; when you say "glued in" do you mean individuals like fusion? Or do you mean with wefted hair/tracks? Eyelash glue may work in the short term, but removing it could be tricky or it could deteriorate in a funky way! I have used eyelash glue on top of tape for wefts and it worked OK, but the glue got very 'boogerish' when I tried to take everything out!
If it's individuals you're talking about, you could buy keratin glue (pellets?) and re-tip the hair and re-apply it to your hair. Don't ask me any details on this though! I have never worn tipped hair or fusion!!!
